Why are you grinding at level 80?
At that level, you can easily navigate the Sullengard maps.

Thats the exact same reason why i like peeling 30 kg of potatoes at my restaurant. Every now and again some repetitive stuff shuts down the brain.

Honestly... If you're level 10 and below
With the current version id say, farm for meat from RABID DOGS west of Fallhaven and then the area above that.
Sell the meat.
Prioritize the Money perks such as - Merchant, Magic finder and so on. Believe it or not, good equipment is game changing... For which you're gonna need a ton of gold.
After your level and equipment is high enough, try the CATACOMBS under the church of Fallhaven. Regular potions drop often and sell for a lot.

For equipment, id suggest the two MUST HAVE (atleast until you're level 15) would be the VENOMOUS DAGGER (snake cave below Crosslagen) And the JEWEL OF FALLHAVEN ( Merchant in Fallhaven)

Try Charwood. The weapons gained can be sold for some good gold.

Yes and it was designed targeting players in that mid-40 level range

There's no such issue in Arulir cave or Lodar cave.

The level alone doesn't say if you survive there.
E.g. if you put every points into attack and damage, you will get on fast in many areas, but not in areas with many mobbing monsters even with a relatively high level.
