If it were the first of April, I would say he may give you a ring of Lesser Shadow every 10000 th time :mrgreen:
But it isn't, so I just say you're right.

The quest is well worth it!

It's fun when you know what's going on, frustrating when you don't. Which is the same story for quite a bit of this wonderful game...

He'll always be in the same location in every city.
If you talk to every person then you'll talk to him too at some point. ;)
