I don't know who sells them, but just kill the rats in the cave in Crossglen.

There's one in the little house by the road SE of Vilegard past the gargoyle cave. I seem to remember seeing another in a shop somewhere...

But why by it for the quest. Just do it I think twice and tell him buzz off. I don't think it benefits you buying it for the reward he gives.

Its weird. He's looking for smooth fur. i brought him two already even i dont know whats the right one and whats not. Probably gave him 130 already but still need 3 more.
Does anyone know what kind of fur ive to take? Which animal ive to kill?
What will be the next things ive to give to him?
Is it that each location he wants one specific item or just rat tail and fur?
