The hair strand on her forehead shades her eyes like an eyebrow and gives her a mean look. It looks like she has a very different facial expression than he has.
You know it's good stuff when I'm nitpicking like that ;)

I'm not sure what you mean. I can downsize the smaller ones in Photoshop to 32 high, but then they look terrible. I don't think anyone here has the skill to redraw them (other than you, of course).

These are very nice, the details and little pops of color really help with the character even though they are so small.
