Help Section Update!

so far, this is where i'm at... (it was put on hold for just a moment)
feedback and brainstorming would be greatly appreciated!

- give details about AP, AD, AC & BC [especially how Gear & Skills can increase AP]

- skill points every 4 levels [you can save them for later & some skills have prerequisites]

- death has an XP penalty & you wake up your last bed [warn about dangerous beds in deadly areas]

- how to use the box at home [and other boxes]

- manual saving vs auto saving [advise people to make backups & tell them how]

- kindly remind them that this is a FREE work in progress [we are a small team, busy with real life]

- possibly changing the button on the title screen from "Help" to "Guide"? [whats a better word?]

again any feedback or thoughts would be incredible - thanks in advance!

that is perfect! so many people said they've never even seen the help section!
when i think Help - i expect to get bumped to the web & some crappy "search" tool...

i think this might get it more attention & in the end - less upset players.

these small changes in vocab will help the player in the long run,
and us too - since the questions will be answered, or at least addressed "in game"

Two more thoughts:
The forums should be mentioned in the Help / Guide. The ultimate help is here!
The help/guide should be available from within the game, from the lower right menu (big "?" icon perhaps)

i'll make sure there is a link to the forums from within the guide as well...

But there is already a link to the forum in game's help section.

we were talking about splitting the About / Help section into separate places,
and then having the forum link in each section.

i don't want it to seem redundant or look cluttered,
conversely - i don't want new players missing out.

There's one on the about page, but nothing on the help page. It also needs more text, such as "if you can't find the help you need on this page please visit the forums at.....".
