I was wondering if we might see the Kings again later in the game if one took the non-violent option and spared them.
I went with Prim, but spared the Blackwater King. I think it would be neat to see him later running another town or in a place of power. I don't know if they ought to be thankful or vengeful. Might be intresting.

Oskar definitely plans to build quests on what side you choose in BW and Prim.
Could be that the "mercy way" would also have its quest.
