How do I get past this point, Cave guardián, when I get there he takes me out of prison I need to have a specific level or that I have to unlock before

What option? Go to the second floor of the prison to find the warden. Nut told you that the guardian outside gives you the answer that you seek.
This quest is 10 years old and has not been touched since.
