Oh, that depends. There are other methods too
Burhczyd afgz Dtaloumiye for example was found by simply crashing fingers on keyboard and then changing carefully some letters.
I have started with a generator but prefer now other things, like reading words backwards, or using other languages and then changing a bit smoothly.
And like Antison I like hidden meanings here and there :mrgreen:

I had a hero named Atreyu. But he has long been retired.

For NPCs, I also prefer to come up with a name that has some context, or hidden meaning. That's not easy to do though, so name generators are very useful!

Andor's brother always has the same name. Sort of. A quirk of the English language is the number of ways you could spell it
