Please introduce a special equipment that gives an extraordinary advantage to the player with a high critical power, be it a multiplier, skill value or both!
Some suggestions for the Extraordinary equipment:
1. Armor - Critical skill: 20, Multiplier: 3.5
OR
2. Weapon - CS: 40, M: 4
OR
3. Gloves - CS: 25, M: 5
And lastly, (my favourite)
4. 2H weapon with CS:50, M:3 and the chance to inflict a condition of Internal bleeding at 25%. Additionally, the weapon increases BC by 20, while AC by -10 with an increase to damage resistance by 2!

It's meant to be an extraordinary equipment for extraordinary situations like late-game grinding to name for example.

I am not sure if I understand what you are asking. However, if you are aksing list of items that is useful for crit based built, then here is my list:
CS: Critical Skill
CM: Critical Multiplier
HELM:
Woodcutter's feathered hat (Cloth armor): CS +4
NECK:
Venomscale amulet: CS +7
TORSO:
Serpent's hauberk (Light armor): CS +8
Sturdy leather cuirass (Light armor): CS +10, Attack AP +1
Robe of the Sublimate (Cloth armor): CS +10
WEAPON:
Dagger of the Shadow priests: CS +20, CM x3.0
FINGERS:
Polished ring of backstabbing: CS +7

Asking for an equipment with focus on criticals to be included in the list of Extraordinary items
Not asking for the items to be available in merchant stores. Although, I would welcome this too.

I think so far there are enough items gives crit skills. Adding more extraordinary items with more crits may makes crits based build boring except when facing crit immuned mobs.

Extraordinary items shouldn't be seen within the context of game balancing issues. Because these items are meant as collectibles not easily available in the game.

Not all are considered just "collectibles". RoLS, RoL, ELyR, Black Defender, HoF, Hunter's sword, WoB are all very much useable. In fact, I have builds centered around most of them
