Hi, sorry to ask this, but is this still true? If so please give me some thread where can I learn more about dmg modifiers, cannot find it at the moment, thanks a lot. Also thank you for keeping the game alive. It great to come back to it after a few years.

Re: how does damage modifier work?
The damage modifier modifies the non-weapon damage (from level ups, skills, etc) to make the different weapons more balanced. For high attack cost weapons the modifier is higher and increases the damage per strike. For the QSD the damage per strike is lowered.
