Graveyard corpses still spawning!

After getting the key and finishing the fight with Hagale, I went back to check the cemetry and the corpses continue to still spawn. And yes, I killed every last corpse but they don't stop spawning. I am actually glad they do.

But why are they still doing? That's surprising. Or, Is there something that I need to do more?

In my case, I didn't carry ancient text in the inventory when I killed the graveyard king. I still have it. The quest is completed but the corpse continue to spawn.
The member who originally posted this idea seems to be working actually in game.
I don't remember the quest log entries. I've attached the screenshot h if there's any missing entry in the log.

This appears to be an exploit?

At crackshot's hideout. Inside the chest or box where suspicious package was kept. There are certain items acquired during quests which cannot be sold like demon heart, glass mirror, etc.
So, I was keeping such items there, and even dropped the ancient text after I got access to the cemetry.

At that time, I was not ready to fight. Came back much later but forgot to carry the text with me. Defeated the king, got the key and then fimished the fight with hagale too.
I realised about the ancient text when I went back to the hideout to drop some items. I went back to the cemetry to try and destroy the text. Killed all the corpses till the point the spawning had temporarily paused. Then I visited the king's grave. Tried to move around the graveyard to see if something happens but nothing worked.
I still have the text safe!

You can't destroy the text now, and you can't stop the zombies spawning. I'll fix this though. In the next release, if you go back to where you killed the king, it will stop the zombies spawning. You can keep the text as a souvenir

As a player it is my duty to report and provide feedback even if it's a useful bug or exploit.

Besides, I have moved from graveyard to the cave in Remgard for grinding XP - lower chances of conditions, high rate of misses from monsters and constant spawning of trolls with lot more XP than those corpses

Graveyard had become boring for me anyways

Well, I implemented the fix slightly differently. If you enter the graveyard, everything will despawn
