Which monster hits the player with a *weak irdegh* poison in game?

It is mentioned in the ring of poison immunity as one of the poison conditions under immunity offered to the player.

I thought it would work against the irdeghs but the ring doesn't offer immunity against the irdeghs since the condition affecting the player is *irdegh poison* different from the type *weak irdegh*

So which is the creature that hits the player with the type *weak irdegh* ?

Sorry to ask but I don't remember coming across with this type of poison in game.

It's not from a monster. There is a potion that will change irdegh poison to weak irdegh poison.
