Been there, done that. I finished "Rumblings" yesterday. Still can't finish this quest.

Yeah. There was a bug in the beta, but that should have been fixed. What dialogue options do you get when you talk to him?

Have you defeated all undead? You can talk to Yolgen to check if some undead are still "alive". Once he has nothing more to say to this matter, you should be able to finish your quest. Don't forget the undead at the guard tower, top floor

Also, in the main building note that there are two basements, and the entrance to one of them is not obvious.

Yolgen makes no mention of the undead and that quest is unfinished too.

You have to defeat every single undead and finish the Stoutford Castle quest. Once you have finished all parts of this quest you should be able to finish the later.

All the undead are "dead". Except the boss. I was thinking that killing the boss would only be possible after finishing the lost girl quest.

Nope, talk to the priest, get the quest items and kill the boss.
