Difficulty setting up avatar.

It's been a while, but if I recall correctly there's a fairly stringent rule about the image size (not dimensions, but file size in bytes). Try shrinking it before uploading.

If you have the right software available you can just change it's size to whatever is required (which I am almost certain is 90 x 90 pixels). I'm guessing that you don't have such software though, or you would not be asking. You could attach the image to a post in this thread. I can change the size for you in only a couple of minutes work.

Look online for an avatars creator. Just load your image and you can resize most images to the desired spec. 90x90 8kb

Right click pic, open with, paint, home tab, resize to 90x90, save as, Jpeg b/c it has to be less than 8 kb, save. Done.
