I had an interesting endgame boss battle.
What if you were chasing after your brother that was actually being controlled by some dark being or something?
He tells him to do evil stuff, and after you get close to an important finding (some important discovery about darkeness making all the animals and insects, etc. attack you and become huge (duh, how could an ant take 3-4 hits to kill in the beginning of the game? Why don't you just step on it?) you become mind-controlled (you can't resist it) by a dark being named Fiernaq (just kidding, lol) and you are led to his lair. He reveals the stuff that he did (above) and claims he is a good guy trying to fix the earth (cheesy, I know, maybe something else) or cleanse the earth of humans, something like that. He is a demon, that's why he's not a hypocrite by saying he'll cleanse the earth of humans. Then he challenges you to a battle, and being mind-controlled and him having all control over you, you become a punching bag, then you wake up in some place (no XP lost, this is a battle meant to be lost) and this beautiful maiden (who doesn't like beautiful maidens?

) that gives you an amulet that gives you a massive boost in your stats plus "something ancient" that emanates from the amulet. She says that this amulet wards off the mind control and gives you power, but only the true hero can wield the power. Inferior beings (was that kind of mean to other humans? No offense, guys.) cannot wield it, it will just redirect their minds to make them go somewhere else, that was why nobody stole it from the tower (just made up the place). She is the guardian goddess of the place, and sends you off with a blessing of the heavens or something. Then there is a text box saying "you have become stronger." and your appearance changes: you have turned into a warrior in shining armor and a glowing sword. (Lame, yeah, but not as lame as when you see the shirtless main character which supposedly has iron armor. Sorry Oskar no offense here, probably a programming thingy that I know nothing about, so please don't hate me.) then you are summoned to the lair yet again (nah, you teleport there-he has no more control, remember?) then you (without saying anything) just go attack him on his throne. You start doing massive damage, but then he dies, respawns immediately (final boss, dude) and fights you again. This time it's harder. And so on and so on...choice of how many lives he gets and stuff. You are stronger than before. I'll write a final ending next.

P.S. This came from a dream, I might add.
