If you'll scroll through the pages you will find numerous posts titled "Great game - some thoughts..." or something to that effect. Listed inside are usually some really great suggestions and ideas. What's more is some of them go into great detail and depth, and if done properly can be thoroughly discussed throughout the post. However, more often than not, an idea has already been suggested in in another similar post with a grip of ideas listed.
Now my personal opinion is I would rather see an additional 2 or 3 posts from the same author listing a good paragraph about an idea. I would not consider something like this spamming the boards...I would consider this making it much easier to properly follow along with the idea, and providing whatever thoughts I had to help the poster flesh out his or her idea.
With all that being said, I am not an admin nor a mod on here...I'm just a guy who likes to help out wherever I can. I honestly believe by breaking down a post into individual sections, or at least a general areas of sections, will get more ideas fleshed out and be easier to work into the game. The community has been great about providing their opinions on every issue that has been posted...providing others a simple spot to expand upon 1 idea instead of several at once will turn a good idea into a great addition to suggest for the game.
And to prove my point, look at the suggestions titled about only 1 topic. They might not be the best idea in the world, but the view count and several pages of comments by the community only show that maybe this idea isn't such a bad one
