New weapon idea: Wyrm Claw Dagger

Copying this over from the General Discussion thread, with some basic dialogue.
An idea for a new weapon (and the quest to obtain it), that will allow us to have a weapon that inflicts Fatigue on a target, as opposed to self inflicted like with the ShadowFang.
Wyrm Claw Dagger:
Attack Cost: 4 AP
AC: 20%
AD: 3-5
HP: +5
On hit: 50% chance of inflicting Fatigue on target
Quest: Herec, who sells the Restore Fatigue potions in BWM Settlement tells you thanks to the claws you provided, his studies have led him to believe that in addition to the cure, he can also create a weapon that would inflict Fatigue. He tells you he's already used up his supply of Wyrm claws, so he'll need 10 more, and a couple other supplies: a sharp iron dagger, 1 restore Fatigue potion (he's not giving them away for free after all), and a large empty vial/flask. He explains the dagger will be mostly covered in a coating made of crushed wyrm claws (ground into the empty flask), and the restore Fatigue potion is used to treat the handle so its not accidentally self inflicted. He then sells it to us for 500 gold and tells us the process was very labor intensive so don't expect him to make any more, even if we offer more gold.
Assuming this is being played by someone who just got the game, the 2nd quest would start after finishing the initial quest to bring him 5 wyrm claws. For anyone who already completed that quest, you would have to go back to talk to him.
After offering to sell the potion:
Herec: Thanks for the wyrm claws, they were very useful and led to this Restore Fatigue potion. While coming up with the potion, I stumbled upon another possible use of these claws. I think I can coat a small weapon, maybe a dagger, with crushed wyrm claws, and that would allow you to inflict the same condition on those foul beasts, and give them a taste of their own medicine! And, of course, it would work on other creatures too.
Unfortunately, I've already used the 5 claws you gave me, so I will need more, and a few other supplies. Bring me back 10 wyrm claws, a large empty flask, a sharp iron dagger, and I will also need back one of the restore fatigue potions I sold you.
After returning with the items:
Herec: Excellent! I will create a coating from the crushed wyrm claws and put it in the large flask, then dip the blade into the flask. The restore fatigue potion will be used to coat the handle to make sure you don't have any accidents. Come back a little later and I'll have it ready for you.
After returning to check on the new dagger.
Herec: Here it is, I'm calling it the Wyrm Claw Dagger! I put a lot of work into this, so I will have to ask for 500 gold before handing it over.
After purchasing the dagger.
Herec: As I told you, this was very difficult to make, and there was even some risk of giving myself Fatigue by working with the claws, so I won't be doing this a second time. Take care not to lose that dagger.
