"Grave freshly dug - bleeding boy buried" quest?

Hello all,

Firstly this is such an awesome game! And it's free!

However, I seem to run into a glitch/bug/feature. I just went through a 1-level cave with 2 ladders, with Cave-Dwelling Boars, and on the other ladder going out of the cave, I ran into a thief, some crates, and a freshly dug grave.

Then, I go and interact with the thief, and he said something about a bleeding boy etc, and I replied with something like "I should go investigate that grave further". But when I go to the grave, what I get is only a message "You see a freshly dug grave here", or something to that effect. No changes between before talking to the thief and after.

So, is there something I'm missing here? Or is this just an "unfinished quest"?

Welcome to the forum and to the game.
Yes, it is part of a quest, but it is the end, not the beginning. Just keep playing, and I am sure all will become clear. Probably should be in the last board rather than this one.

Well, yeah. That last board is a little bit quiet though, and I was afraid my question got buried in the 50-odd pages thread

Anyway, I just looked at the sticky over there and ctrl-f the conversation lists, and I found the answer! Thanks for helping anyway, and for the welcome
