I honestly don't mind grinding on in a cave for a "magical" item, but it would be merciful if the caves were large enough to contain enough monsters as to avoid having to "sit on your hands" waiting for them to respawn. Methinks the gargoyle cave is way too small for the drop rate of a Rols.
I know, I know you don't have to sit on your hands there are other strategies, but allow me to be absurd to illustrate my point. It's would be a cruel and unusual punishment if lets say a extremely vital new magic item is concocted for 6.11, the drop rate is 10000:1 and their is only one drop monster. Well y'all get the picture.
Just sayin'...

If it is important to you:
Add some skillpoints to magic finder to increase the drop rate.
If not:
Just grind for fun there. You might be lucky.
BTW: We did ask Oskar for an increased drop chance and we got magic finder. I think there wont be much more.

Lol, if you think that's bad, try goin for the RoL... Only the kazul imp drops it, and they only spawn in the kazul shrine... I've never seen more than 5 of them on the map at any given time

Lol, grumbling is normal, and if someone gets really fed up, they could always download the source and change the drop rate themselves... Grumbling about the drop rate and/or the randomizer and how unlucky they are gives the veterans something to post about
