this game is unfinished - still in its development stage...
as it updates, the roads will open & cities will awaken.

You most defiantly can get to Vilegard and no you do not have to go through Blackwater Mountain to get there.

What I meant to say is, is nor city actually vilegard? (Prob not) I have not been able. To get to nor city following the road signs. It seems also that a whole new set of quests/ gameplay would open up when I be through the bw cave/mountain. Normally i would figure this out for myself,but being a game in progress...just checking on dead ends.

Vilgard is west of where nor city will be.

Still can't goto the southern cities. Is loneford accessible?

yes, from the eastern exit of Crossglen - where the dirt trail splits, follow the rock path north...
this leads to the Guard Station - continue east & north to find the town

The only southern(from the perspective of crossglen) city implemented is vilgard. Nor city is not built yet.
