your own treasure chest

Post by mercmontego69 »

i think it would be cool to have a place to store all of the items that you do not yet want to part with. somewhere you can horde a great number of items. lvl. 24

You can drop items anywhere without risk of them being taken, i drop them on the floor in my house normally.

I like the idea of having a weight restriction (maybe HP or damage based to indicate STR) and chests or baskets in all of your rooms to store treasure/important equipment etc. I'd also like the shop keepers to sell my gear too. I'm a bit concerned that the Chef in Fallhaven still has rat tail on his menu.
There is also a basket in your double bedroom suite in Prim.

This subject has come up in the past and I believe Oskar has already stated that he is against implementing a weight limit.

That's good, because you get so much stuff from killing everything in your path that having to either drop or sell off all the time would just make the grind more of a grind. I've played a game that had a weight limit and it just got annoying having to go back and forth to either sell off the items or lose potential money. Its already a game where you're running around killing monsters who apparently were holding jewelry and clothes, too much realism isn't necessary :D
