Poor Rogon. His henchmen don't understand that the cardinal rule for hirelings is 'protect the boss'. They just sit around and watch you kill him, and then one henchman after the other. They should go hostile as soon as Rogon does.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this -- is this a bug, or just a misfeature?

I agree all should go hostile at once. Also, not that it matters, but I disagree with the thread title - IMO the worst "guard" Harlenn.

Interesting suggestion, I think if it would be done with one situation it would be done with all similar situations too.
