I can't level up, am I missing something?
my XP is currently 260/55!!

Touch the little picture of the man at the bottom left of the screen.
Touch the left tab at the top titled "Overview".
At the bottom left, the button "Level up" should be "white" and not "greyed out".
Touch that button and choose which stat you want to increase (HP, Attach Chance, Defense Chance or Attach Damage)
