What dialogue do you get?

Is the armored helmet obtainable? It's sold by Seraphina in the sutdover bridge according to the directory, in which I have been spending the last hour trying different ways and timing to interact with him (after or before the bridge is repaired, with or without giving him a thousand gold) without any luck.

First off, the NPC is a she.
Secondly, she won't just offer to you upon you meeting. You need to prove yourself to her. Keeping in mind, she's one of the strongest personalities in the game.

Anyway, can you give me any hint on what to look for? I don't feel like spending another hour experimenting with the interactions. Currently I've finished pretty much every single quest available except killing the golden jackal, in which I'm looking to finish my heavy armor set (with armored helmet) before entering the forest.

On my highest save, it is the one where

I asked her to give my money back.again.

I guess I already messed up and instead I should have

repaired the bridge before interacting with her? I do have a safe where I didn't give her 1k gold yet, although that would mean I need to do the entire another ruthless crackshot quest again.

Yes, but whether you attempted to pay to get the bridge fixed or not was never an intended prerequisite here and I have fixed it.

Yes, but whether you attempted to pay to get the bridge fixed or not was never an intended prerequisite here and I have fixed it.

Alright thanks for confirming. Now all I need to do is to figure out how to impress a girl... this is getting a little too real

I only get 2 options when I meet the witch, kill the witch, which is actually the girl or leave. I refuse to do either, because I know there is another ending. Then I went to Falhaven and Bela at the tavern tells me of a customer talking about a witch and a kidnapped girl. but he just left. Well I cannot find the person and I talked to everyone in Falhaven. Where can I find this person, and how can I continue with the quest, without killing the girl, but rescuing her. I already have the 25 tonics. Please help

I came back 15 minutes later, no change. I left this game for over a year, I had been playing it since its inception. But I left because of this quest "a wicked witch". I have been all over the map many times. Now that I am back I have completed all the subsequent quests for the latest update, but still zero progress on the wicked witch. From reading all the posts, apparently there is a girl with crystals, but I cannot find her. I really like this game, but this is more than infuriating. I really need help.

BTW, I was the one who created the map for the rat maze. Took me days, but well worth it, as I think this game is awesome, but this quest really spoils it for me. I REALLY, REALLY wish for some help. Some concrete help.

I came back 15 minutes later, no change. I left this game for over a year, I had been playing it since its inception. But I left because of this quest "a wicked witch". When you talk to the witch tell her that you are not concerned with her and you leave. It tells you the quest is completed but it's not.
Leave the map completely. Go somewhere else for 15 minutes and come back. You will notice something different outside of her house.

And by the way 15 means 15 minutes of walking around the maps. You can't be doing any fighting or in your menu system or anything like that and you can't exit the game.
