Is it possible to add "alternative character sheet" to swap builds at will on a single character?
It could include skill points, shared or doubled from original character build.
Also second variant of equipment, toggled at will.
It would e cool to have ability to swap between different specializations or at least equipment sets.

I mean I don't know engine restrictions so it can be realised in some way to have the same amount of skill points for alternative build as your original one.

I'm sorry but I have no clue what you're trying to ask for here.
But I'll tell you right now AT is a game of choices and consequences. Meaning whatever skill points you've invested, you have to stick with them. You're not going to be able to reset them or move them to other skills.

If you're looking to Branch your character in two different directions, you can make two saved files and then you can rename the character by modifying the save file. This is not for the faint of heart but it's pretty easy just to change the name cuz it's not encrypted. There are posts in here that explains how to do that

This had been asked for a few times in the past and it's an okay idea, but it's all about priority. This is not a feature that too many people are knocking down the door asking us to do.
If somebody from the community wants to implement it and create a pull request, we can review it and possibly add it to the game. But from the development team's perspective, this is not a real high priority item for us.
As a side note, something like this would require more UI changes and I think the UI really needs a complete overhaul without this feature, but with the state of the current UI, adding a feature like this is going to have an extra added challenge.

Generally yes, you answered the question.
1)alternative skill path is the opposite of you vision of "wise chosen build path"
2)alternative equipment set switcher is a low priority demand due to technical things and weak influence on game or something like that
