Andor's dopplegangger? (Quest of centaur island)

i'm little confused, do you know something about andor in the deep of centaur island? If i kill him, does it effect in game and in the quest?
I-i don't know what is relation andor and the jhaelhd, can u answer it sir?
Lv = 50
Atkc = 250
Atkd = 30-54
Block = 83
Resistance = 4
- Bark skin
Engraved steel helmet,sturdy leather cuirass,superior necklace of protctor,Yatagan,guynmart shield,villain's ring, polished ring of protector,troublemaker glove,woodctter boots

Check your quest log please. Centaur Island activities do not register on the main quest for finding Andor. Feel free to battle Andor's doppelganger.
