Stuck at "Climbing up"

Hi,

this is my first post. I read a lot here to get clues if I got stuck anywhere to fix any problem by myself, but now I can't go on.

I'm at the cave at blackwater mountain to get the water, but everytime I want to get the water I'm told I need a bottle. I got many different bottles, I went to the potion maker in Fallhaven several times and bought at least 9 bottles there.

But I still can't get the water.

Please help I want to discover the Elm Mine.

Well you have the right bottles I think.
The bottles from the Fallhaven potion maker are the right bottles.
I don't know of any other reason why you wouldn't be able to fill them up.

Damn, I think that's it.

I got the "empty crystal vial" from the potion maker because it's a quest related item.

I will try to buy these normal flasks/potion bottles. Hopefully then it will work.
