So just want some clarification...
If ive got a point in DUAL WIELDING and a Jewel of Fallhaven...
And im using 2 daggers with both 4 AP
Does it come to 3 AP (Main hand) 2 AP (off-hand)??
So a total of 5 AP?
Is this how it works??

Dual wielding 2 4 AP daggers ..

W/o the JoF and w/o the dual wielding skill, your attack cost is 8.
With JoF and w/o the dual wielding skill, your attack cost is 7.
With JoF and 1 skill points in the dual wielding skill, your attack cost is 5.
