Fighting style skill

I bought back then in charwood the "dual wield" skill. Now, when I was about to level up the skill I noticed that my stats wasn't affect, I leveled up and the stats changed as if I leveld up to the first level of the skill, and I can't level up because it is already leveled up to the second level, but the stats still act like I'm on the first level.

Can you please provide screenshots of your skills and your stats and your level?

On level 0 of "dual wield":
-25% of the offhand weapon qualities(AC and AD for this context)
-attack cost is the sum of the 2 weapons
-the lower of both demage modifier is being used

On level 1 of the skill you get:
-50% of the offhand weapon qualities
-attack cost is the higher attack cost + half of the lower attack cost
-the average of both demage modifiers is being used

On level 2 you get:
-100% of the offhand weapon qualities
-attack cost equals the higher one between the two
-the higher demage modifier is being used

My stats w/o any equipment:
AC: 100
AD: 4

With both of the weapons:
Attack cost: 9
AC: 137
AD: 8-19

Main hand: yagatan
Attack cost: 5
AC: 19
AD: 4-12

Offhand: flagstone pride
Attack cost: 4
AC: 21
AD: 1-6

I have level 1 in this skill which I bought in charwood. It has no impact over the attack cost.
I have no idea what is it doing with the AC, 85.7% of the offhand qualities on this aspect.
On the AD aspect: 4 + 4-12 + 0-3, which is 50% of the offhand qualities.
If I switch the hand the AC is 138 and the AD is 7-16.

When I upgraded to level 2:
Attack cost: 7
AC: 151
AD: 10-23

If I switch it stays the same, which completely confuses me.
I think there is a problem in the execution of the skill.

I promise you there's no problem with the execution of this skill. The skill's been around for 9 or 10 years. You're missing something. Can you please show me screenshots?

well a day later after upgrading again it has different numbers, idk what changed
