Flagstone and Fallhaven Jailbreak

I have completed every quest that I can complete(88) at 49th level, yes, including Sullengard quests, but the version I play on 8.2, must have a bug cause I get no prompt from the sentry outside Flagstone for that quest. The priest in Stoutford tells me to look into the prison. But nothing from the sentry. The only prompt I get is that I should leave. I went ahead and got the necklace, but still nothing from the sentry. Also, I don't get the Jailbreak quest from the thieves guild. Is my version too old? Thanks.

First off, the flagstone prison is not bugged. You need to find the warden and the demon below ground and then you need to go back out and report it to the captain.

As far as the " jailbreak quest" that you call it. It's really called night visit. And you would not have been able to complete the Sullengard quests without having already completed this "night visit quest"

And by the way, 88 quests is not the total. It's closer to 91.
The current version is not 0.8.2 it's 0.8.4.1

I found the warden, got the necklace, approached the demon and was denied. I returned to the sentry but he never gives the quest. Only talks about the prison. I'm only given conversation prompt that I should leave.

Never got the Night Visit prompt, but still completed Sullengard quests: Beer Bootlegging, Pond Safety, Recovering Stolen Property, Hunting the Hunter, Getting Home on Time, and even payed a ridiculous amount of gold to complete Another Ruthless Crackshot.

88 quests is all I can since I'm not getting Flagstone and Night Visit quests and I sided with Regard, so no 5 Idols quest, i also didn't kill the sheep. That would have made it 92. Maybe my version is just too old. Need new versions anyways.

I'm pretty sure you cannot be a member of the thieves Guild unless you've completed the night visit. And you need to be a member of the thieves Guild in order to complete the Sullengard quests
