Dun know. Depends if Devs want to look into this. Also depends on if saved game file has sufficient information to decide whether the player had fought Undead Kamelio or not, and whether the player had already gotten the Cloak and Prim Sword or not.

You might wanna raise this as a separate query in a fresh thread if you are invested in this issue. :)

It's not easy for us to retroactively grant items. You could have got the cloak and then dropped it, in which case we have no way to check you got it.
