Delivery: Where is the merchant who ordered the green flower?
recovering stolen property: a- If the items is in a tomb, how do I get it out?
b- If the items is not in the grave, where?

Are you talking about the widow who asked you to bring Damerilias flower so that she could prepare a potion for you?
She can be found in Stoutford.
As for Recovering Stolen Property quest, no tombs are involved in this quest.

Could you elaborate on this a bit? It says "on the eastern boundaries of town", but what does that mean? Inside town, outside town, on the plateau, off the plateau?
Anyway, I searched all of these locations several times, also in the forest (I might have missed some places there...), still no success and I'm running out of ideas...

East of town and just north of the pond. Defeat a snake and search behind it.
