No item drop

I think my game is bugged. No matter how much I fight I can't get either item drops or gold, unless it's from one-time boss monsters (only fought Larcar so far).

I didn't. I also checked inventory to make sure it's not just notification failure.

The dog boss for the jakrar axe it did'nt drop I even try to annihilate them but there was still no item drop.

the axe is no drop, you should get it after moving away from the killed dog leader

Yes this is true

it's part of the quest, you move away from the copse of trees and a quest update pops up about 'finding the axe near the dogs slain body' or something like that, It's not a drop, so you won't find it in the loot dialog box
