According to the *NEW* Andor's Trail Directory one of the Unusual Experiences and Achievements should be swimming lessons. I've paid to fill the lake and paid to repair the dam a few times. 'I can't swim' and find no npc instructor.

What am I missing? Please help.

I am sure that you can't find it with your character.

This is an achievement that isn't found normally. (I myself don't have it either yet, although I know what is to be done)
You shouldn't even know of it at all, now you will be unhappy. But that's the price you have to pay for looking into this dictionary...
