I think your high BC is the key. If they hit you too much it's a real problem.

With few of the lodars potions for beginning it is better to go through initial swarm, then you can find place where thy attack you only in only two spots and farm them, nice money and xp.

There's another way to do it:
Deep in a mine, near some glowing stalagmites, there is a fern that will neutralise the graveyard monsters' AP-draining attacks for a bit. That will let you get to a spot where they can't swarm you.
