That is correct. We cannot make them compatible with the regular versions for a number or reasons. We have warned you not to save over existing save files.

I think you have to update quick glance quest after collecting blood go to the church Prist he is rude but player say that he is known someone who can make potion to alive anksis sister turn stone statue in to a live humen and potion maker man is lodar what you think you have to use this quest as a main quest of bhrimhaven and basilisk blood is use in two type potion in one bottle one for anksis sister to alive and second is something brilliant qure potion what will be affected by something like bhrimhaven cave main boss what you say?

This is deliberately. Burhczyd disappears in some games to fix a bug in the last release 0.7.10.
The quest remains open and it will work correctly in future again.
