burn it off - replenish with said 'building'
{i.e.}
trade 5000 bonemeal potions to ''an alchemist'' for a
Resurrection Potion
[avoiding XP debt & relocation - one time only] (random idea for
epic consumable item)
the Achievement Award is built into the game, believable & useful [unless you have Failure Mastery
