Loot popup

I have the loot popup turned off.
In the new arulir areas there are several spots that it pops up anyway.
One spot below the bridge.
Any of the crates.
The pile of gold? on the bottom level.
Any time you kill an arulir on any of those spots the loot pop-up comes up.

I've noticed that too: I couldn't be quite so specific as to where, but only in the new Arulir area.

There are different kinds of loot:
- When you kill a monster, that popup can be surpressed with the setting
- when you step on a chest etc. which contains something. Here you always get the loot popup, but only as long as it isn't empty.
This is designed.

It is a monster loot popup each time.
It says you survived the encounter, found 9 gold and 1156 experience.

I had already found all the places where items were found.
