it should say Lutarc gave me a medallion as a present. There is a tiny little lizard on it, that looks completely real.

As of now it's still for a Future quest (I assume) because with the new update I still haven't needed it yet so I would say in the future. Also why would you want to sell stuff? Save your items. You never know if you need those tails,bones and what not later. It would save you time I Tom trying to get them again

It only shows that it is a quest related item. You got it as the result of a quest. There are several quest related items that you get to keep, but have no current use. Don't throw it away though, because maybe it will have a use in the future.

I need help about The Thorns of Vengeance quest, I already finish The Roots of Love and Secret Garden quest. But every time I trying initiate conversation with Aryvora I only have option answer "See you later". Can anyone help me with this?

EDIT : I make mistake by leaving my reward in the box of Mikhail's house (afraid losing it or mistakenly sold it)
After I bring it in my backpack, I can initiate a conversation with Aryvora.

Hi,
I'm stuck with stoutford's old castle.
I killed every undead I found

except the child, the band and Lutarc.

But Yolgen says there are some still around.

I could enter

both towers left and right of the south gate. One level each
Main building with Lord Erwin. One upper room and three rooms downstairs.
Building with the commander and one room upstairs.
The horse stable. Only one level.
The buildings with the child and the band. Both only one level.
I stepped on every square of the battlements except above the south gate.
Forest north of stoutford. Only Lizards.
