Going from Lodar back to the lizards and the bed and back to Lodar is an insane amount of exp.

No way that you were simply commuting. You were grinding there. My question is why? That's not a real common place to grind. Unless your end goal is to simply level up

Some people do like to grind just to level up, now and then.

Exactly.
Even going to Remgard and doing the troll cave isn't as much exp as staying in the Green Maze.
Only time I have left the maze is to do the new quests after a new release. And to visit all the new places on the map.
Now that there is a bed at Lodar's it is awesome exp. Go from there to the bed by the lizards and back.
