Have you guys fixed the issue of it kicking you off and making you sign in again?

I wasn't personally aware that there was any such issue. If you are inactive for too long it will automatically sign you out. That's for security reasons, is common to almost all forums, and will not change.

Session length is one hour on the server side.
This does not take into account any local browser or privacy settings that may make that time frame shorter.

I was referring to when it first launched and you switched between them.

But if you stay on silver it barely logs you out
