So i am preparing my character for the green maaze thats why i am collecting my euipments now...

And i thought that boots of globetrotters
which i can get from kayla after finishing my quest is better than feline shoes
I dont know where to find halvor next...please help me finish this quest!!!

If you say that you're entering the green maze that means you must be a pretty high rank. So you shouldve went to Remgaurd.
May I offer my humble insignificant opinion of scouring the Charwood area?

because I'm feeling generous, here you go...

1. Crossglen
2. Blackwater Mountain Pass (cave entrance)
3. Witch hut near Remgard
4. Charwood (in front of the most SW hut)
5. Get your final reward from Kayla in Stoutford

i thought he's in remgard after crossglen so i went to remgard ... but i dont regret that because i earn so much exp and now from lvl30 im lvl40 now

If you want the best pair of boots in the game, why wouldn't you want to help him?

It's not as if rat tails are hard to come by, you can even buy them, 5 rat tails for 2 gold!

Okay, I think I missed something. After sending him away in Crossglen, I can't find him anywhere. Did I block the quest or am I missing a step? I visited all the places on the list...

Leave Stoutford, head north west towards prim & blackwater. Walk up the stairs towards the cave entrance. To the left of the cave, you will find Halvor.
