Understanding misspelled words requires knowledge of it's proper spelling... but yeah it does.

Ha!! But seriously, it was the British that made it that way, Americans made adjustments to make certain words less stupid. But I personally believe it was done to discourage immigration.

I am part Irish and use their terms but I'm from New Hampshire so I use lots of English terms. I'm a akward sot lol

I'm an Italian/American from New York City so I use terms like "forgetaboutit!" and "ya call dis pizza!?!" That last one I use a lot here in Seattle.
