Sorry you are incorrect. This post is for bugs of the new release. You not getting a legendary drop even if you had 500 points in MF and killed a million monsters would still not be a bug. Feel free to blame statistical independence and probability theory.

What's the benefit from these Feline shoes?
I hoped that the Clumsiness effect would affect the monsters... but it affects my character instead.. So they're hardly any better then Vacors boots?

Clumsiness doesn't stack, so, like the BWM set, you should pile up the items causing it.
It makes for interesting options in some cases.
The point was to open up new strategies.

I agree 100% with you. Guys, expand your horizons, get creative build characters that are outside of the box. my blackwater character is by far and away my favorite out of the 10 that I have and I have every intention of making one centered around this clumsiness set.

just so you know there are better boots than vacor's namely woodcutter's boots and enhanced version of remgaurd boots.
