I finished the quest but can't get the reward from Kalya in Stoutford.
I can only trade with her. There is no option about Halvar. There never was.

May I know how this quest is triggered? Is it triggered by the guy outside of the town hall in Crossglen? That quest is un-finishable for me.

It starts next to Crossglen town hall, but afterwards, you'll have to roam the world a fair bit.

In which version was this fixed?
I'm using the 0,73.. no option to talk about Halvor with Kayla.
