Hydra redrawn, what do you think?

I Just got a Pen Tablet and wanted to draw something from here. Im not experienced in drawing and this was my first painting with the Pen Tablet and is not finished yet. So I just wanted to share it with you all to know what you think.

I like the shading and the colors.
The line art could use some polish, especially on the left and right heads where there's just too much black. The shape of the tail is a bit weird too.

You don't look that inexperienced in drawing, but if you say so, maybe you're not too committed to using Adobe tools. In that case, I really recommend trying out Krita. It's an open source drawing and animation software. My pal with a Cintiq got hooked quite fast, and almost completely gave up on Painter and Photoshop.

I actually used krita for that picture and it's just a a scetch, I'm working on a finer version right now.

Sorry I didn't even notice that I read English and write German. Here's the translation:

He is to complex for me. Especially because I have big problems drawing arms and legs, therefore he is obviously the wrong training target.

The idea is not to prevent other languages, but to stay inclusive with English as the common denominator.
