Very true. Added bc prevents that so youre definitely rightrijackson741 wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2017 11:16 amI guess that's one way to look at itthebeast wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2017 11:28 pm I believe the higher ac is needed to offset the actor condition of the spiders/plaguestrider monsters. I would still go the route of more BC though, so that you don't get the condition in the first place. More BC would help everywhere in the game.
Attack cost is 3. Running Dagger of shadow priests, JoF, but I think I could afford to find a better shield and light helm, there rest is crit gear.rijackson741 wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2017 11:02 pm The low BC will be a problem going to Remgard. Potions can heal the damage, but they can't stop nasty actor conditions. Some of the beasties on the way to Remgard deal them out in spades, which will make it very difficult.
Can't judge the AD, because you have not said what your attack cost is.
I disagree with the beast that more AC will help. Once your AC is much higher than the monsters BC, there is very little gain from yet more AC.
I went and did some upgrading of equipment and leveled up, I'm almost to remgard now, just searching for the troll that drops my o crystal. Ended up running in with 67% bc, 229% ac, and ad went up from dark protector which also gave me a nice DR point. Thank you guys for your suggestions and helps, feels good getting there using only 25 pots when before I didn't even make it half way and used 100+ pots trying to cling to the dream lol.rijackson741 wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2017 4:21 pm Then your AD per round is reasonable. You have a fairly good chance of taking out a Plaguestrider in one round, so as long as you get first hit you won't get any nasty actor conditions stuck on you. But you will not always get first hit, and unless you are very careful you may have to deal with more than one at a time, so you should do something about your BC, which is very low.
He's not a troll, and he is extremely hard to see. Hiding in the shadows.
I ended up finding him after I got done in remgard. You guys really helped me a ton, can't wait to go see the charwood trainer again.
Sorry, forgot to hide this.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...thebeast wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2017 11:18 amVery true.
