I think you're right, both about the size of the town and the potential for further areas directly east.

ooooooh man... That is an oldie but a goodie! I remember when that was the most accurate map we had of Andor's Trail

See here for more on the planned world map: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4736, which answers the question of where Brimhaven will be. Actually, I just looked, and a lot of Brimhaven maps already exist, although I have not checked to see how well they integrate into the existing maps.
