When the new version is ready for testing someone should remember to check for this update problem though. If it still exists then it would be the ideal time to fix it.

It wasn't fixed. Now it is. On the same branch as the new quickslot assignment UI.
Seems to work nice in the following cases:
- You loot an item that's in your quickslots in a battle
- You loot an item that's in your quickslots in a loot bag on the ground (previously dropped)
- You buy an item that's in your quickslots
- You sell an item that's in your quickslots
- You use a quickslot, even if you have two quickslots for the same item
- You use an item that's in your quickslots from the inventory
That should cover it all doesn't it ?

BTW, does anyone wish to offer some suggestions before I merge this in the main code ? Or a reason to oppose it ? A desire to try it out ?
