Just a quick note to inform you that I contacted the author of the Many Weatz font found by ace, and he granted us permission to use it, free of charge, for any Andor's Trail related artwork, as long as we do not redistribute the font itself, and add appropriate credit where needed.

I would like to see what the new design looks like on the leather background Nyktos picked out. The texturing on the background Ace used is so fine it disappears in a small image.

i was thinking vectors as well...

initially i was thinking it would be a one person job,
but i love how everyone is posting stuff!
(they are looking great too)

im probably going to post some later today,
possibly in a different direction...
not trying to change what's happening,
just messing around.

Here comes the vectors.
Made from scratch in Inkscape, no bitmaps. Warning, Hi-res.
It's not leather, but I thought it was pretty, or at least, prettier than my attempts at making leather.

I'll see what I can do for leather in Adobe Illustrator. It has a large number of preset textures.
